Dr. Judy Wright, MD

I help high-achieving women leaders and the organizations that need them sustain excellence, protect their energy, and perform at their highest level — without losing themselves in the process.

––– HEY THERE, I'M DR. JUDY.

My mission is simple and nonnegotiable.

It isn't to rescue you from burnout. It is to give you the tools, the knowledge, and the practice to keep it away — and make sure you never need rescuing on your rise to the top.

I've been the clinician, the executive, the leader, the wife, the mother, the caretaker, the fill-in person, the entrepreneur — several of those overlapping at the same time.

I Know What It's Like...

On the outside, everything looked exactly like it should.

Inside, I was eroding. And I wasn't even acknowledging it.

I kept calling it near burnout. I was, in fact, burned out.

Not once. Multiple times. Across different seasons of my life.

The Season That Changed Everything

It all came to a head the year I was diagnosed with cancer.

My blood pressure, which had been uncontrolled for two years on three different medications, went through the roof after an incident at work. My body was communicating what I had refused to say out loud. Medical leave forced me to stop.

And something remarkable happened. My blood pressure normalized. The headaches lifted. The constant low-grade dread that had become so familiar I'd stopped noticing it began to ease.

It would have been easy to say: it was the job. But then I thought about the time before that. And the time before that.

“What role did I play in this?”

That question changed everything.

I had mislabeled the warning signs as ambition. As dedication. As "what this season requires." The conditioning to keep moving, to call it something smaller than it is, to believe that stopping means falling behind — it runs deep

Why This Work Exists

As the smoke started to clear — albeit slowly — I realized I didn't just want to come out of burnout. I wanted to understand how I got there, over and over again, so I could understand how not to get there again.

As a physician, I was trained to look for the root cause — not just treat the symptom. That led to developing the P.A.C.E. Method™, combining those principles with my work with others and my own experience of burning out and rebuilding across multiple seasons of my life.

I help women avoid the wreck altogether. I help them stand upstream of it by building success in a way that doesn't require them to hit the wall first.

Sustainable success is more than a mindset shift. It lives in the body. It lives in how you move every day. It lives in the nervous system:

RESET. REGULATE. RISE.
